2023 Ford Escape SUV Recurring Engine Issues

Over the last several months, a slew of customer complaints about recurring engine problems have been lodged by those who own or lease a 2023 Ford Escape SUV. These concerned customers have described a range of engine-related issues, ranging from engines that emit smoke for no apparent reason to complete loss of engine power while the vehicle is in motion. To date, the manufacturer has announced three distinct auto safety recall campaigns affecting this make and model, two of which concern engine defects that increase the risk of fire. However, some customers that have obtained the recommended recall repairs say they are still struggling with recurring engine problems that lack definitive answers and permanent solutions.

The owner of a 2023 Ford Escape SUV stated that they have experienced recurring issues with their vehicle’s engine. On at least four occasions, they have attempted to start the vehicle only to have it fail to respond in any way. Multiple trips to the dealership have not resulted in any answers or explanations, leaving this Ford customer in need of a clear path forward. Several other customers who currently own or lease a 2023 Ford Escape SUV have lodged similar concerns, calling on the manufacturer to shed light on these problems and deliver lasting and effective solutions.
