Over the past few months, numerous complaints of steering system issues have been reported by those who own or lease a 2022 Rivian R1T. The driver of a 2022 Rivian R1T stated that they were in the middle of making a left turn when the steering wheel froze and refused to allow the driver to complete the maneuver. Fortunately, no injuries occurred, and the driver was able to take the vehicle to the dealership to have the bolts of the steering system tightened. However, the driver is still wary to operate the vehicle out of concern that the bolts will loosen and cause the same issue in the future.
