In one harrowing account, a 2016 Acura RDX SUV was parked at a shopping center and turned off completely. Within three minutes, the engine spontaneously caught fire. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. However, the vehicle’s owner has yet to receive any answers as to why this dangerous event occurred.
