Drivers of the 2018-2020 Nissan Altima should know that a large volume of customer complaints regarding steering issues in these vehicles have arisen in recent months. The driver of a 2018 Nissan Altima reported that he was approaching a right turn and tried to apply the brake, but the vehicle failed to respond. Another driver stated that he depressed the brake pedal when approaching a stop sign, but the pedal fell to the floor and the vehicle failed to stop before another vehicle crashed into it. Until the manufacturer begins responding to these complaints, Nissan customers are left without lasting solutions to these braking system malfunctions.
