A range of steering issues has been reported by those who own or lease a 2018-2020 Ford F-350 Supercab pickup. Most of these complaints pertain to steering wheels that violently shake, sometimes interfering with the suspension or causing the vehicle to move off the road. Although the manufacturer has issued eight safety recalls—one of which addresses steering systems that may be prone to locking up—many customers continue to experience these troublesome steering issues without clear or permanent solutions.
One driver reported traveling along a highway at a speed of 70 miles per hour. Suddenly, the wheel began to shake violently, prompting the driver to slow down quickly in order to narrowly avoid an accident. Since the incident, the driver has experienced this same issue on multiple occasions. So far, the dealership has been unable to diagnose or fix the problem. Numerous complaints about this same issue continue to arise, but those who own or lease a 2018-2020 Ford F-350 Supercab still lack the answers and solutions they need.
